Reimbursement Support for the WiSE System

At EBR Systems, we are dedicated to making adoption of the WiSE System as seamless as possible for hospitals, physicians, and patients.

Innovation Backed By Comprehensive CMS Reimbursement

Effective October 1, 2025, the WiSE® System is approved under:

• Transitional Pass-Through (TPT)

• New Technology Add-On Payment (NTAP)

These CMS programs support hospitals during early adoption, allowing care teams to stay focused on patients—not finances.

The WiSE System is also the first and only product accepted into CMS’s new Transitional Coverage for Emerging Technologies (TCET) pathway—expanding access to breakthrough innovation.
